*Update* After speaking with Simon we have pin pointed the issues and have rectified them, this review at the time was written in frustration. This has now been dealt with and after consideration and the understanding from Simon I have increased the rating. Honestly better off going through Asda next to it. Staff are awful, they lie about trying to contact you and then book you in with someone else who can't even do what you need. Trying then to re book for weeks later making it to late. Honestly better off going through Asda next to it. Staff are awful, they lie about trying to contact you and then book you in with someone else who can't even do what you need. Trying then to re book for weeks later making it to late. If you have any kind of mental health worries, avoid this go surgery. Walk the extra 20 mins and go somewhere else.
Made 3 phone calls to surgery, waited 1hr 40 mins in total to sort an appointment! Cannot access online booking. Surely there must be a better system?
All the GP doctors and nurse practitioners are lovely. I have only had positive experiences. They are thorough in their examinations and very friendly. I would like to give a special mention to Dr. Nadia, who has been incredibly empathetic and kind, and she did not dismiss any of my symptoms. Thank you!
