Manuel “Manny” Garcia with southeastern, went above and beyond for us today. He was able to on his pallet jack get all of the pallets of insulation and the first pallet of chemical up into our warehouse with a little help of me and Alexis helping pull and push the pallets the final bit of our small dock plate. And then when we got down to the last box which was essentria and bifen, he helped us placed two of our pallets by the door and then load them with the essentria and the bifen and did not leave until he made sure we we... read more
HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could leave no stars I would! Live in Rocksprings and they only delivery out on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Miss this Tuesday and today (Thursday) because "they didn't have a driver" and failed to call both days and tell us no delivery!! Wasted 2 days of work waiting on this delivery. Only option is to meet a driver in Del Rio tomorrow (Friday) and pay more money out of pocket or wait for first delivery Monday morning and miss another day of work in the process. Absolutely horrible service!!!
