Been a customer since 2008. I’ve had very good experience with Broadview FCU. No problems at all. Very good customer service. Melissa at Niagara Falls Blvd branch in Amherst, NY was extremely helpful when I had a few issues to resolve. Wonderful!
Multiple times has my card gotten shut off for possible fraud and then to get a new card they say 7to 10 business days or for a one to get to you quicker you can pay $25 or go to a branch thats not even open if you work same hours they do
This has been my primary bank for quite a few years. Ever since SEFCU became Broadview I have had multiple issues with my account. I just got off the phone with someone because I had 3 missed calls from their phone number. The man told me their was no info for this and no notes in their system. I told him a had a fraud text message yesterday for $452 to my account and had my card blocked. He also could not confirm any of this info and advised me my card was not blocked. I read the comments from people and I couldn't believe it until I went myself to cash a check and it took half an hour with 3 people and it didn't work. They failed. Don't go there, you will only lose your time.
