I called ahead to get the price and tell them what I wanted as I did the last time I came. I was quoted 220 and to pick up some hair for the curly parts of the boho braids. I went in and they got started right away. Which was great. When we got to the end I listened to a few of the stylist go back and forth about the price they were going to charge me. I updated my rating and gave them 5 stars. I continued going and have been getting my hair done by one stylist (recommended by a friend) who has been working out great. My hair is still short but she knows what she’s doing. I’m happy I gave them a second chance. I removed my second star due to the owner’s response. I re-braided some of the ones that fell out myself and did a better job. Since my last review, more braids have fallen out from places where my hair is much longer. Never disappoints! AND THEY SUPPLY HAIR! Many braids shops are cluttered and take forever. Sefa’s is spacious, clean, and beautiful inside just like the spirit of their braiders — everyone is kind and courteous. Plus, it never takes forever! They get you in and out; to make this faster they work together and someone else will come over to help braid. Two ppl braiding makes it go twice as fast. Get in and out quickly. Don’t have to bring your own hair. I love Sefa!

I just want to take a moment to thank the ladies of Sefa Hair Braiding for truly blessing me today. I was over the humidity and my hair, so protective style it is! I came in with 3 bundles of human hair, unsure if it was enough or even the right kind for the Bora Bora braids I wanted. I was a little nervous, since it was my first time getting both the style and visiting the shop. On top of that, I had a tight window to get my son from camp. Horrible customer service, a friend of mine took her daughter to get two French braids, two employees stated that's no money. My friend’s daughter was extremely upset and cried staff not even knowing it was her birthday. Horrible experience horrible staff trash.
