Very professional and talks you through every step .
This is the second time to receive injections in my knee. The first time was from a different doctor and it was incredibly painful. Today, Dr. Madhavarapu was incredibly gentle. I really only felt the freeze spray at first. I was truly amazed and thankful. He also respected my questions and never made me feel silly for asking. And of course the nurses are some of the nicest I have seen. They seem truly happy at work.
It was quick and easy, painless too. Dr. Madhavarapu explained everything as he did it.
It would had been 5 stars but it hurted
