love the ambiance, good food, lovely brunch and lunch- a welcome newcomer
Seersucker is practically perfect. None of the usual Brooklyn holier-than-thou attitude or ego, consistently great unpretentious food, relaxed but classy ambiance. We come here consistently for breakfast on the weekday mornings with our baby and I am always so impressed by the waitstaff and managers patience and great energy and attention to detail. Seersucker is great because its comfort food that doesn't make you uncomfortable by the time that you are done eating it. Food is fresh and light but reminiscent over worked heavier versions. Staff is accommodating and cheerful. Decor is serene and rustic. Great any time of day.
