Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
When I saw Dr. Bittar I knew him from somewhere and my mind went into action mode trying to figure out where. I told his Tech I SEEN him before, because he looks so familiar. When he came into the examination room, I told him he looks familiar and we began talking and I realized he was my eye doctor in Hampton. Friendly atmosphere, everyone very helpful. No waiting, got to see the doctor right away. Dr. Bittar has been doctor for over 10 years. He’s great and very personable. Wonderful eyeglass choices.
