The windows are great! I'm building a new house myself. I'm shooting for as close to Passive House standards as I can afford. It is airtight (with conditioned fresh air intake) and well insulated. These windows seal 'completely', and with triple glazing, they definitely contribute to the performance of the house. I've been working on the house for years (4,000 sq/ft), doing as much as I can myself. We have ordered many windows from Seemray over the last couple of years. We were specifically looking for tilt-and-turn windows, which seem to be hard to come by in the US. The well known window manufacturers that did have them wanted an arm and a leg. Seemray's prices are reasonable, and the windows are very well made.
