Me and a friend made a mistake and ate the reaper tender from Dave’s hot chicken and immediately sprinted over to this ice cream shop. We tell them what happened and they save our lives with a sample of vanilla. This sample, although small gave us just enough relief to order 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup. I’ve been dairy and egg free for decades due to severe food allergies; and it has been difficult finding a tasty creamy satisfying ice cream much less an actual hometown ice cream parlor. This place is absolutely the best!! Delicious, Creamy, totally vegan and gluten free! The parlor at The Plaza is clean and spacious; the staff friendly and accommodating.
