Me and a friend made a mistake and ate the reaper tender from Dave’s hot chicken and immediately sprinted over to this ice cream shop. We tell them what happened and they save our lives with a sample of vanilla. This sample, although small gave us just enough relief to order 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup. We sit down and enjoy our life saving dairy dessert. We both owe our lives to this ice cream shop. I’ve been dairy and egg free for decades due to severe food allergies; and it has been difficult finding a tasty creamy satisfying ice cream much less an actual hometown ice cream parlor.
