Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Always saying I owe a copay after I already paid. Doctor never shows up or runs really late for the virtual appt, will always blame it on you. Would not recommend this place.
First time appt was in person, waited pretty long but she's nice and I do virtual now, easy, still wait pretty long, but I get my medication, she's very kind and always asks about how school is going
Her office is a pill mill. Contributed to the addiction and death of my husband.
Dr. Seema Haque has been great I have seen her for a few years now and thankfully no issues. Scheduling and being able to reach a receptionist is very hard. The scheduling department answers most of the time and they cannot ever help with much. Not to mention they do not have any nurses. I will say Management who is also the billing person loves to overcharge and not reimburse when over paid.
