I started going to Dr. Sangwan in 2017. She was the first doctor in YEARS who took the time to look inside my nose, ears, and throat. She listened closely to my concerns and did a thorough assessment. I honestly can’t remember the last time a doctor put their hands on me and did a full body exam to really get to the bottom of my complaint. Not a well run practice. I signed up as a concierge patient. Made an appointment for a routine vaccine, they forgot to place the order. Had an eye infection. Did not hear from the office for over a week. Ended up going to Urgent care. I called to get info on a refund of my concierge fee. Was given conflicting info.Would not recommend Dr. Sangwan. There are more attentive physicians out there.
Dr Sangwan is excellent , caring and kind. The words “whole body” get thrown around, but she really does care about how you’re feeling emotionally and physically. And thoughtfully supports you with a plan. If you need a primary care doctor, Dr Sangwan is it!
