Dr. Nair canceled my appointment the morning of after I'd already traveled an hour and a half to see her. Then their scheduling department scheduled a rebooked appointment wrong, at least I hope it was a mistake, because it was several months after she canceled on me. Again I commuted several hours to learn my appointment was not on the date I had discussed with their team on the phone. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I had pressing medical issues and which their team disregarded. Avoid this provider at all costs.
Dr Nair is detail oriented, and takes time and effort to understand my issues. I never feel rushed during my appointment. Her kindness and compassion make her an excellent doctor!!!
Dr. Nair took over after my primary care after my Dr of 15 year left polyclinic. Dr Nair refused to fill critical prescriptions the previous Dr had filled for the last 10 years. This left me with unmanaged pain and inability to obtain critical medications. I have had to deal with severe problems because of this. I feel there was absolutely no concern for my personal health, no recourse and overall medically unethical.
Dr. Nair is the Best!
