I always have a very good appointment with Dr. Pai, she is very professional.
I woke up last Wednesday thinking about my drive to Brandywine and whether l made the right decision to move back my conflicting appointment with the cardiologist to see Dr Seema Pai. However arriving early at MedStar, l witnessed and experienced exceptional customer service skills at the intake/registration desk that elevated my spirit.
