She wouldn’t assist me with a device in my body that she put in and wouldn’t fix it.
Dr. Izfar was amazing! I had called multiple offices but couldn’t find any surgeon willing to see my dad for a post-op follow-up from another surgeon while he was in town. I was so relieved when she graciously agreed to help us. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and patient. Although there was a small language barrier, the nurse took the time to explain everything she could before Dr. Izfar arrived. Went and sat in the waiting room for about an hour before leaving. There were two ladies at least, ahead of me. One had an appointment at 0900. It was 1100 and my appointment was at 1030. The lady next to me said she waited for 4 HOURS the last time she was there. Completely inconsiderate of anyone else's time except their own and their own money. Issues I’ve had and currently having to deal with: -gave the hospital the incorrect insurance info after I called 3 times to verify but no one would give me a call back - waiting 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time. - the hospital calling me and telling me they had me down for the wrong procedure and still wrong insurance 2 days before surgery -Going into my post op appointment and apparently I was never a patient -& now dealing with medical bills because their team did not actually contact my insurance on what was co... read more
Dr Izfar is a wonderful Doctor. She took care of me and did a great job on my surgery. Dr Izfar and Trinity have such great bed side manners. Really caring. The staff is nice to work with. Great team!
