Mixed experience — worth knowing before you sign My experience with Seely Homes was mixed, and I wouldn't commit to them without weighing a few things first. They require a "partnership contract" with a $1,500 deposit before design work begins. I don't recall receiving a copy of the contract to review, so I can't speak to the exact refund terms — but that's worth asking about upfront and getting in writing before you pay anything.
