They told me my cat was fine and healthy 3 weeks ago now she’s literally dying and they aren’t willing to help. they also over charged me to clean her ears and didn’t inform me before doing so that they charge to do that. wasted $75 for them to be absolutely no help. They had no empathy when trying to get their help for my cat who’s literally dying very rude staff.
Friendly and professional staff at an affordable rate. Building is also insanely cute and is dug into a hill giving it a very magical vibe.
I’ve had great experiences with Seeley Vet Clinic. The staff is friendly, caring, and always takes great care of my pets. They explain things clearly and they truly seem to love what they do. Highly recommend!
I brought my dog here last year and they were super short with me. Only looked at my dog for 2mins max and gave an option to do surgery for a lump on my dogs nipple. Didn’t ask to do any kind of blood work or biopsy. Me thinking she knew what it was I paid the 1k plus cost of everything. They took it out but soon as they did she immediately got sick and couldn’t eat for the 3 weeks she suffered and died. Plus I paid for the biopsy and even to this day I have NOT gotten any results. Best move that we made. We changed vets and our first visit they took care of our 2 dogs for a full year! Plus the cost was half of the other Pet clinic in Hayward. If saving money on pet care and time, Seeley Veterinary Clinic is for you.
