I had a nearly flat tire and Roger took care of it quickly. He advised me that I needed a new one and ordered it so it will be in and on the car tomorrow. He showed me where the nail or screw punctured the tire and how it still leaked after patching because the tread is nearly gone. I will probably order 3 more tires since they need replacing as well.
