Our community used Seel Brothers to remove snow from our parking lot and around our buildings. We agreed to a charge, per hour, for use of truck and man hour for shoveling. I noticed that there was a truck that would clear snow from the parking lot which took about 8 minutes, we were charged for an hour. I then cleared snow around one of our buildings which took me about 40 minutes...we were charged 2 1/2 hours per building. David and his team were great from the start. He started by developing our plan through a CAD software that he uses. This really helped my father be able to visualize as they were 3D. From there, he has been nothing but professional and timely. There were no delays even with Hurricane Florence in our midst's. He helped us weigh the pros/cons of each material picked, as well as creating the blend that matched our house the best. David has been able to remedy the problems that our builder had left us with. Although we've had repeated messages from our managers here I've yet to see a plow truck today. There are about six inches of snow on the ground. This is the worst snow removal company I've ever seen in my life.
Seel Brothers have been hired to do the snow removal in our community. There are about five inches of snow on the ground now, and not a truck in sight. I certainly hope we go back to our old, reliable company. This is a disgrace! They have a contractual obligation to be here! What if there is a fire or medical emergency?!? BEWARE!
