Another manufacturer that won't provide minor parts for repair. I learned to calibrate and repair torque wrenches as a PMEL in the USAF. I contacted Seekonk to purchase some small parts to repair a wrench. They informed me, in writing, that they would not sell/provide me with the parts, and that i would have to pay THEM to repair the wrench that I'm fully competent to service. Their torque screwdrivers are a MUST HAVE for Harley owners!
I placed an order and quickly realized I needed a higher torque range. Of course I panicked and made contact via email. To my pleasant surprise, Cindy help make the order change and I received my TSQ-300 in a few days! Great customer service. I'll be back on the future.
