The hardware for "InspectionCam" seems good - but the software is absolutely garbage. They never made any patch to fix any mistakes and make the software more than minimally functional. Only 1.0.0.0 exists which is buggy /featureless to the point it can only be used to measure minimum&maximum temperatures - and you have no idea of the temperature in any other point. No color legend scale for temperatures and measuring temperature in a specific point or area simply doesn't work.
I was a Flir guy for years, but Flir wouldn’t help me with an issue with my camera capability to my iPhone, so I checked out the seek nano 300, excellent camera starts up fast, better resolution than the Flir model… recently dropped my nano on the concrete and broke the outer casing and bent the connector, still connects to my phone and still works, but looking to get it repaired, exchanged 2 emails with seek thermal and haven’t heard back from them since 2 days ago… they would get 5 stars if they would contact me
Terrible customer service spend your money somewhere else. Product stopped working 3 week after purchase. 0 communications since it was returned.
