I've been practicing yoga consistently with Angela for the past year and a half. It is amazing to see and feel the benefits for mind, body and soul. I've gained so much strength, confidence, and balance (literally and figuratively). I've also done a Reiki healing session. So thankful to practice and learn from Angela!

Seek Peace Yoga and owner, Angela are amazing. I’ve tried yoga before and didn’t like it and never really gave it another chance until I met Angela. I’m a pretty hyper energetic person and Angela has introduced me to a new calm with undeniable health benefits. I need to attend more often, but Seek Peace has definitely set the wheels in motion for me. I cannot say enough good things about seek Peace and Angela

Angela is a great teacher. Very patient with newbies and has a great range of poses to accommodate any and everyone. So much fun. Can’t wait to do it again!

I have attended many yoga classes with Angela of seek peace. The classes are always very thorough and inspirational. She is a wonderful teacher and she makes me motivated to attend. The classes on the beach are so wonderful. Being surrounded by the salt air and waves is so enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and check out seek peace!

Angela does amazing group classes and interacts with her participants to make sure we are all doing the positions correctly. Very positive energy! Love her classes at the pavilion and the beach.
