Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my lashes I got done here, I tried to reach out multiple times so she could at least have a chance to fix my lashes for me but she would not respond. This is the second time I was not satisfied with my lashes … the first time I actually stopped going to this shop for a long time and found a new lash tech but since my other tech was busy I thought why not give her another chance but I got the same results …. The best in the Charlotte area HANDS DOWN. My lashes always come out looking amazing. Customer Service is great too. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Tish is the real deal, I am very particular about my eyes and I was a little concerned when I first went, But baby when I sat down in her chair and I felt her doing her thing I knew then she would be my Lash Tech,, I would definitely recommend Tish to do anyone lashes and brows, She is also kind, passionate and very professional, if I could give 100 stars , she would have them ,,
