Brought my Toyota 4Runner in for routine oil and fluid changes and got it back with a large portion of the interior roof liner visibly soiled. The vehicle was dropped off clean — this damage was absolutely caused during service. This is not a minor issue. A headliner isn’t something you can simply “wipe off” without risking permanent staining. Had a 8:30 appointment for an oil change this morning. Get checked in, they tell me it’s going to be an hour due to others ahead of me. What was the point of making an appointment then? This is just BAD business. I will not be returning. An hour for an oil change when you have an appointment is ridiculous…
Tyler is such a great service advisor. He is diligent and does not push services you don’t need. He went above and beyond when I brought my vehicle in that had a bit of an issue.
