Called about seven days later & machine said they were only filling parts orders. Waited until 20 days later, still no response, no charge to my card. Called. I am having a difficult time reaching anybody at this company. I'd like to purchase their products but none of the listed numbers work. I have tried the 1-888 number from the website, as well as the 440- number listed on their automatic reply emails that say "We will be in touch within 24 hours". Any type of confirmation regarding this would be much obliged.
