Terrible customer service from Jeremy, he wasted our time by coming out to take measurements then never sending a quote. He said we would have a quote by that week, i even called to follow up 2 weeks later and still have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed.
Not responsive. Took forever for Jeremy to come measure. 4 weeks later still have not received quote. We have called several times with no response. Guess they don't want our business.
