I had high hopes given my prior experiences at SEEFU downtown, however I’ve never been more disappointed in my life. Went in with virgin black hair, showed a photo of the exact balayage (medium brown) I wanted, and ended up with nothing even close. I almost cried when he took the towel off and exposed my ash gray hair. Clement then tried to convince me that it was just the “white light” of the salon making it look gray… The icing on the cake was when I went to pay he “forgot” to deduct $100 deposit. Terrible customer service… I just got there.. there was a price table and the guy said it would be $40 dollars for me… a man’s short faded cut… not worth it
The stylists are very kind and do a great job. I was just sticker shocked at the end when the total was $550 plus the initial $100 deposit I paid, plus tip. I feel like they should let their customers know the price before the end. I just assumed getting highlights and a cut would be around $2-300. Not $650??? It’s a bit outrageous. The cut and colour done was nice, just not amazing enough to warrant that kind of pricing….
Hair stylist was really good and paid attention to detail with my bangs. I paid $124 for a regular woman's cut which is very pricey. It is a good quality haircut but I can't justify the price
