Best Spa on Hilton Head! – I never go to Hilton Head without stopping in the Seeds of Calm Spa. Not only is Dorine a most welcoming and generous person, her massages are epic. She is able to sense my needs and provides a level of service beyond expectations. Give yourself a treat and stop by the spa next time you are in town.
Dynamite Ashiatsu or however it's spelled – Dynamite massage!! Put me back together. Incredibly relaxing and rehabilitating. My muscles are mush. I've been here about 5 times, and it's great every time. Thanks!

Unbelievable – I have been to seeds of calm better more times than I can count. It is a WOW! I live in New York and every time I come to HHI I go visit Doreen and come out feeling excellent! The massage is outstanding
Blossoms and Seedlings – My daughter had her first ever pedicure here and I would definitely come back. They were very accommodating to her and made her feel like this was her special day! I am so happy that I chose to bring her here. The staff treated her amazing and made this an awesome experience for her.
Seeds of Calm Thai Massage – I had the Thai Massage and it was fantastic. The spa was very accommodating with my schedule - they fit me in right away. My therapist also listened closely to my concerns and targeted the massage appropriately. My body feels so relaxed! I would definitely come back again. If you like massages and stretching, you will love this!
AWESOME – First time at this spa in Hilton Head. I had a kink in my neck that she was able to stretch and work it out. It has never felt so good. I definitely would recommend this spa to everyone!!!!
Beautiful and Unique Spa Great Services – The facial service was relaxing and wonderful ....everyone was friendly and welcoming and made me feel very very comfortable. Best Spa - Best Massage – Having been a nurse for 34 years there are multiple musculoskeletal problems I brought with me to Seeds of Calm. I have been receiving massages from different people for years. This massage went beyond...it was MORE than a massage. It was an INTERVENTION. And I have continued to return for 7 years!
