Seeds of Calm ruined my wife's birthday surprise. I booked a massage,facial,mani and pedi for my 35 week pregnant wife. The manager or owner told me she would love it. I took the day off to give my wife the surprise and watch our 2 year old while she had a lovely day. When my wife got there on her birthday she received her massage as planned but, only to find out that the facial manicure and pedicure, were not booked. There was no option of fitting her in aywhere. Wonderful experience at this spa. Not only was my full body massage outstanding, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. My massage therapist exuded a very compassionate and powerful energy. I'm relaxed and I have been enlightended. If you are ever in the Hilton Head area you must experience the services provided by Seeds of Calm Spa.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR NAILS. THey did a horrible job, were late, rushed through, and REFUSED to customize the design on the nails. They TOLD ME TO DO IT MYSELF. Massages were done well, but not spectacular.

I have had massages all over the world and I have to say I am very picky. Dorine, at the Seeds of Calm Spa is exceptional and certainly one of the very best massage therapists I have ever been lucky enough to have work on my body. I have continued to visit her again and again and again because I have been unable to find anyone comparable. She is a master at knowing the human body and precisely where we hold our stress. I recently experienced a wonderful few hours at Seeds Of Calm Spa. I first had acupuncture facial rejuvenation with Amy. I'm a regular client of acupuncture back home but have never had this particular treatment. It was surprisingly relaxing and the very small needles she used on my face were painless. She also incorporated a body treatment as well. I am very pleased with the results and am going to try to find someone back home with whom I can continue these treatments. I returned to Seeds of Calm Spa for a second visit and it was as enjoyable as my first. The facial with DeAnne made my skin feel clean and youthful, the massage by Dorine left me relaxed and able to move my muscles much more easily. I definitely recommend Seeds of Calm Spa for a girls get-together or a private pampering experience.
