About 3 years ago, we had a very tall, 35 foot dead tree in the back yard that, if it fell in any direction, would have been disastrous! I looked up companies who may remove it. I was in touch via the online web form then sorta by email. I say sorta b/c they never followed up on those messages. They came & looked but the quote was not what I’d requested. I wanted several trees removed incl. stumps & the quote was for merely pruning. They never replied as to whether that is lingo for removal or not. Some sort of automated system kept sending the same erroneous quote tho’ I was trying to have them amend it via email whereby they appear to have ghosted me.
