Jen is absolutely incredible! I called the same day, feeling really anxious about my pregnancy, and she kindly squeezed me in last minute. From the moment I arrived, her calm and comforting presence immediately put me at ease. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and seeing the baby on a large screen made the experience even more special. Jen is absolutely incredible. The first time we came in I was super nervous and Jen made it very cozy and welcoming for my husband and I. She does a great job of explaining exactly what she is doing and what we are looking for. I’ve now seen her multiple times and she’s always so accommodating and reassuring when I go in. Jen has been the BEST! She is so caring, so gentle, and I trusted her right away! She takes time to make sure she gets that perfect shot. She makes you feel so comfortable, talking to you and baby (especially when my little one is SO stubborn). My husband and I wanted to do a private gender reveal, Jen jumped right in with places, people, suggestions. It was awesome! What we ended up doing was going to target, but Jen did too! We had just the absolute best experience here! Jennifer is such a kind person and makes this experience so meaningful all while being very professional. She got us some great photos and treated us like family. I could not recommend her enough. We will certainly come again if there is another baby in the future!
We had an elective ultrasound with Jen today and it was absolutely the best experience. Jen was incredibly knowledgeable and had so many little tricks to help us get a good look at our baby boy’s face. Thanks to her, we were able to capture some beautiful pictures—including one where he’s actually smiling!
