I had a cocktail party for my wife’s 70th birthday at Lockwood Manor catered by Seedlings and Sage. The people at Seedlings and Sage are a class act from start to finish. While we've used Seedling and Sage for our upscale work events, I personally have never hired a caterer before. I knew they did great work, so I hired them for an engagement party we were throwing for one of my kids at my home. They far exceeded my already high expectations. The food was absolutely delicious. We had our wedding over Memorial Day weekend this year and choosing a caterer when you are given SO many to choose from and never trying ANY of the food before doing so is more difficult than it sounds.
