We had my daughter’s bridal shower at Morris Arboretum. We chose Seedling and Sage as the caterer. There was a chance of a thunderstorm so we decided a couple hours before the event to move it to the tent. The staff did such a wonderful job setting it up and making it look lovely. You don't have many catering options when hosting a wedding at the Morris Arboretum. Seedling and Sage seemed like the better of the five options we were given to choose from. The food is standard in quality for banquet food. However, there were several off-putting aspects of our experience working with them. First, we had to constantly be on top of our assigned planner to set up meetings and correct several errors in our BEO despite several emails with clear instructions on selections and preferences.
