Importing goods into the UK. Took six months to have delivered, no customs clearance had been arranged and the equipment was shockingly poor quality. Bits missing, holes drilled incorrectly, parts not fitting. Will be purchasing elsewhere in the future. Simply not worth the hassle of trying to correct all the issues, equipment really only fit for bin!
