I work in the film Industry as well as train in martial arts. My body was literally in knots. I haven’t had a massage in over two years! I booked one hour with Rachel, but it was so amazing that I ended up doing 90 minutes. I had a deep tissue massage, Rachel used her feet and elbows on my legs and back with precision, I couldn’t believe how good she knew every nerve, every muscle, and how to work out ever knot I had.
