Highly recommend Seed of Hope. Cher has been so helpful for my kids.
Would not recommend at all. Communication is awful. I sent multiple emails advising we were unable to attend because of a family emergency overseas. They still made appointments that we were unable to attend. They have still not responded to an email I sent on 3rd December. I've followed up with phone calls but it's an answering service. ****Warning they do not process Medicare rebates despite promising to do so. If I could do less then one star I would. This clinic has put me into so much distress and caused so much unnecessary harm. The communication between reception and therapist is shocking, or maybe the psychologist just didn’t listen. Who knows. But I can’t get hold of them to talk this through. I have been charged and had a Medicare rebate submitted for a session I never attended, which the receptionist explained wouldn’t be charged.
