Disgusting experience at the Seed Heritage store in MacArthur Square today (12/01/2026). The blonde woman working there was openly hostile and dismissive. She looked me up and down, completely ignored me, and then immediately helped white customers who arrived after me. As a person of colour, this felt blatantly discriminatory. Debora K (as per my receipt) was behind the counter tonight. The customer service I received was disappointing. I was met with looks of clear disgust and judgement, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. Given everything happening in Australia at the moment, this is a time where kindness and basic respect matter more than ever. It costs nothing to be kind, and customers should not feel judged or unwelcome.
The staff are so rude in this store. A brunette staff member left my mum in tears with the way she spoke to her. I will never shop in this store, I’ll always go to David jones instead.
The women with long blonde brown highlights hair is one of the worst people I’ve ever encountered in customer service! She is rude and unprofessional. Everytime we ask for help she refuses and then helps someone else behind us. Me and my friends have noticed when she sees our particular race and religion walk to the counter she would turn around or purposely help someone else. We all hate coming to seed MacArthur square because of her. It is such a shame
