Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the customer service my daughter and I experienced during our visit to your store on 15 April. Each time I visit this store I have never had a staff member ask if I need assistance. They are too busy chatting at the counter. I even mentioned to the staff what I purchased was for a gift and they still weren’t bothered to wrap the items in tissue paper or in a gift box. I had to ask the staff to wrap the items. So all I got was a quick wrap in tissue paper and not in the box. I wouldn’t bother going to this store if you want customer service!

Sales and staff always chat loudly even I came to the cashier to pay. Nobody served me. An old woman staff finally grabbed the clothes I choose and let me pay very rude without any polite words. After I paid, she just put the clothes on table even did not pass it to me, then went away chatting with other staff! Seed is a good brand, However unfortunately the staff there ruined the brand.
