Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the customer service my daughter and I experienced during our visit to your store on 15 April. We were shopping for clothing and shoes for my grandchildren. During our time in the store, we noticed that two staff members serving the public appeared to ignore us, which made us feel unwelcome. Each time I visit this store I have never had a staff member ask if I need assistance. They are too busy chatting at the counter. I even mentioned to the staff what I purchased was for a gift and they still weren’t bothered to wrap the items in tissue paper or in a gift box. I had to ask the staff to wrap the items. So all I got was a quick wrap in tissue paper and not in the box. I wouldn’t bother going to this store if you want customer service!
