Visited the Seed Brighton store over the weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I entered, I felt completely ignored by staff throughout my visit. After a long time, I was finally able to get the attention of an older female staff member with brown hair to ask for another size in a pair of shoes I wanted to try on. On August the 4th, I was going into Seed with my daughter who had a baby in her pram when I suddenly felt my right knee being jarred and I nearly fell. My daughter went into the shop to ask for ice, they didnt have any and noone came out to see if I was ok. They have a ramp which has a dip in the middle and with no warnimg of this dip my foot was forced down on a dip that I wasnt expecting, causing my soft tissues to be pulled.
