On August the 4th, I was going into Seed with my daughter who had a baby in her pram when I suddenly felt my right knee being jarred and I nearly fell. My daughter went into the shop to ask for ice, they didnt have any and noone came out to see if I was ok. They have a ramp which has a dip in the middle and with no warnimg of this dip my foot was forced down on a dip that I wasnt expecting, causing my soft tissues to be pulled. Rude young girls working in the Seed Heritage children’s store. Visited Saturday 6th September.
Thanks Michelle - so helpful. Spent a lot of time on the phone with me, colour coordinating my 4 kids, sourcing everything and putting items on hold. Wonderful customer service!
I came to leave a negative review regarding awful customer service I received today - seems I am not the only one! With review after review indicating terrible service. I did make a purchase but was spoken to so so rudely by the attending female I almost wish I hadn’t! Came in around lunch time and was met by an older female staff member. Everything seemed too much trouble for the grouch! She was condescending and unpleasant and has left me with a very sour taste in my mouth! No wonder people shop online
