Low quality store, clothing is mediocre at best, piled into ugly clumps, nothing is steamed, the clothes racks are jammed with random junk which makes it impossible to find anything. The people working there would all rather stand around and chit-chat instead of doing any kind of meaningful work. It’s not a surprise that this place opened in the back alleys of James Street, because had they opened up anywhere else on J. Absolutely terrible experience. Staff and management don’t care and the people working behind the front counter are completely indifferent. Avoid at all costs and go to any other boutique on James Street if you want good service and actually good clothes.
