Mature aged staff today were rude and put no effort into helping. They’re monotone and barely present in conversation, yawning at the checkout while serving me and couldn’t possibly look less interested in their jobs if they tried. Sadly, shopping here is not a nice experience.
I hesitated leaving a review after my first bad experience at this store, however after such disrespectful service again on my most recent visit, I have had enough. The problem always seems to be with the more mature aged staff. During my first visit, the staff was placing bets on whether I would try on and buy or just try on. Very disappointed with the service. The staff were extremely rude and showed no patience at all. Basic questions were answered with attitude, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service.
Disgusting customer service I was given this morning, zero help! I am always in there buying clothes for my kids…lady was so annoyed that my children were looking at the accessories and another one told them off. All the women are so rude and judgemental….you need to retire!
