Clean tidy store. But the staff need to speak to customers, especially if there are no others in the shop.
Today, I visited the store with the intention of shopping and trying on a sweatshirt. Unfortunately, I was met with very poor customer service. One of the staff members rolled her eyes at me in a noticeably rude and dismissive manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Ordered online Arrived within a week - within Au Good quality and packaging
We went into Seed Wednesday 20th December in Perth CBD at 1pm to purchase a beach bag. My partner asked for one of the bags that had been wrapped . The Asian shop assistant said she could have that one unwrapped.My partner asked again could she have one that was wrapped like some on the shelf but a different colour. The shop assistant rolled her eyes at my partner . We walked out without purchasing the 80 dollar bag simply due to the rude customer service.
Your website says you open at 9am. After a 60 minute wait up, the store is finally open, feel like it will not open forever. What’s worse, they refused to refund my purchased products just because I didn’t buy them in that store. The reason I chooses that store is just because it is closer to me. What a super disappointed customer service.
