Shopping without my glasses(grandmother)I mistakenly picked up an”A” key ring instead of “H” My daughter returned to swap it and was refused. I had spent $129 this time on small items for my granddaughter’s 9th birthday. My family has regularly spent a small fortune in this store since its opening! Never again…….
