Not even deserving of one star, judgmental staff that think they work in a high end luxury store and look down on customers and follow them around with suspicion and then gaslight you into thinking your imagining things when confronting their actions and behaviour.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF! DO NOT work here if you do not know how to even greet people, your service was horrible Rosie.
Horrible customer service, I got the last white strapless size 8 in stock, I mentioned about the dirt and imperfections when I purchased as I wasn’t happy with the overall condition and the sales staff reassured me I could return the item if I wanted. However, when returning it, I was told I couldn’t because of the condition. I will never shop there again.
