In April, I purchased a pair of pants from a Seed store while visiting Hobart. I explained to the sales assistant that I was from Launceston and didn’t have time to try them on. She assured me that if the pants didn’t suit, I could return them to the Seed concession in Myer Launceston. To my surprise, when I attempted to return them at Myer, I was told they could only be refunded at a standalone Seed store, not a concession.
