One star is too generous for this Seed store, the staff there are rude, totally ignore you, don’t even greet you, even if they see you carrying items to try on in the change room. Incredibly disappointing, after having worked in retail before, we would have been pulled up on this by managers.

Sale item billed at full price. Check before paying. I was not reimbursed. The older blonde wait staff certainly had a problem serving me. Was mean. She repeatedly told me to shop at DJs. Terrible! Possibly, I was not the type of customer they wanted to shop at their store. Definitely there is a big room for improvement in customer service and professionalism.

The styles here are divine! Shop is very busy though so it’s basically self service Sizing seems to run large / vanity sizing / which is not bad for me but I think youd struggle to find something here if you’re size 8 or below

The clothing quality is great but the the older shop assistant with blonde hair is pretty mean. She gave me so many dirty looks and “tuts”,never offered help and was huffing and puffing around the store like our very existence was offensive to her.
