Great space, friendly and welcoming people, close to a lovely coffee shop and many restaurants. Includes many amenities, keyless entry via an app, comfortable seating, natural light, clean restrooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for permanent, affordable workspace or someone simply looking for a meeting space that isn't a loud and unpredictable coffee shop. Great options for metered parking, secure lots or free street parking (a short walk away). So happy we found Seed!
Great co-working location, but as with most things down town, parking is hectic.
