Dr Wich was knowledgeable but he acted unkind to my family member (due to frustration as my family member wasn’t answering his questions quickly enough) My family member wasn’t feeling well for other reasons, but should’ve been treated with kindness and understanding, not a slightly raised pressured voice and impatience
2 years ago this would be a 5 star review, however after the treatment of my daughter by Dr. Wich it would be a zero if google allowed that. The Dr. was acting very rushed and it felt as if he was working on an assembly line earning piece work. He also was very gruff and intolerant of my daughter having a hard time repeating what was on the screen. First of all the Dr. wouldn’t make eye contact with me the whole time I was there. The glasses he gave me decreased my field of vision for reading to 12 inches. I returned them and it became apparent he wanted me to get Trifocals which I didn’t want and he badgered me to get them. When I returned for the new glasses they were Bifocals!! At that point I just got my money back. Went to another Optometrist who said my lower lens for reading didn’t need to change. Adjusted long distance slightly and charged me $200 less! Really unprofessional manor with both my wife and myself. Dr Wich seemed put out and judgmental until he found out I was a health care professional. On two different occasions they gave my wife and I the wrong prescription's. She was so afraid of him that she refuses to go back and get the prescription fixed. 1 star because ya can't give less. Unfortunately the only game in town.
