The restaurant titled itself "See Thru" so that people can see the cooking area to eliminate the stereotypes associated with Chinese restaurants, especially with China and relative covid-19 issues. Currently they put up heavy plastic over the open area that customers cannot see through. THIS PLACE HAS NICE SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. TRY THE EGG ROLLS,SHRIMP W/ LOBSTER SAUCEAND THE SHRIMP EGG FOO YOUNG. YUMM.
