I can see why they are a 3.2, they don’t even deserve that! They were short, ready to leave for the day and didn’t explain any balances due that INS didn't cover when I picked up the hand brace. Then a woman calls about the balance due later and was so rude. $80 for a brace I didn’t even wear? I would have never picked it up to begin with! They don’t explain that and no returns so you get stuck with a balance due. I will continue to spread the terrible service standards they hold.
They were super helpful and nice. Willing to go the extra mile.
Gave my son a hand brace built for the wrong hand. Service person wasn't sure how the brace should go on, suggested referring to internet for help.
