Wonderful staff and frames, Grace is brilliant, and such an easy process from start to finish.
I happened to be holidaying on the coast from Sydney when I popped in to look at some frames and decided to have an overdue eye test. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous and fit me in at short notice. Grace and the optometrist were lovely and helped me with my multifocals which they kindly arranged to have posted to me. I wanted to let you know that they arrived quickly and the frames and lenses are without a doubt the most comfortable I have ever worn. I've purchased my glasses here for years. Excellent, well trained staff who are super respectful and honest. The prices never fail to amaze me and I will be continuing to choose this shop in the future.
I got some new glasses in November 2024 the bit that goes across the bridge of the nose broke off I took them in to be repaired. He wanted to charge me $89 I was very surprised Never had to pay for a repair on glasses. I complained & he reduced it to $50 They have a great range of glasses but definitely no after service WON’T BE GOING BACK
Always friendly, patient and kind to children. very helpful and give great service and advice.
