vicky marchenko was the agent who deceived me letting me buy a useless land has several easements ,she denied knowing , her boss claimed she knew but she did not know the location of the easements even the marks are obvious apparently,both of them took classes of scamming ,deceiving and dirty ethics , stay away of dirty trash people
Jamie Delamater is a compulsive liar. I gave her PROOF of documents that were needed and she tried every way to find loop holes and lie against it making excuses up. I sent her multiple legal laws that showed that she was lying and didn't know what she was talkng about to the point where she could not respond back and eventually accepted my documents. Having someone judge your mental heath is a serious act and I do not recommend her as your property manager!
Amy is a super hero! My husband and I wanted to purchase a small home in Port Angeles. The problem? I was living in NYC, my husband in Florida, both due to work obligations. I have rented my property in Bellevue with JLS for eight years. This company is happy to take their management fee from you but pays little attention to the up keep of your property. When tenants move out you will not be able to do the needed repairs from the tenants security as these folks are not working fro you as a landlord. BEWARE.
